  • ISSP. The Indigenous Summer Scholars Program (ISSP) is hosted by the UWinnipeg Faculty of Graduate Studies and invites senior undergraduate students and recent graduates of undergraduate programs who identify as Indigenous Peoples of Canada to explore the possibilities of graduate studies.   • PSI Start. Perimeter Institute invites students to join its world-leading research community for a part-time 10-week online school in theoretical physics beginning in May 2022. In addition, some of these students will also come to Perimeter to participate in groundbreaking research through a paid internship program. All students will learn research tools and collaboration skills while immersed (online or in person) in the multi-disciplinary environment of the world’s largest independent theoretical physics research centre.   • IPP. The Institute of Particle Physics supports Canadian undergraduate students participating in the CERN summer student program. Check out their website here for more info!

  • AAPM. The American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) is offering the Summer Undergraduate Fellowship Program (SUFP) this summer. The SUFP program provides opportunities for undergraduate students to gain experience in medical physics by performing research in a medical physics laboratory or assisting with clinical service at a clinical facility. This program is 10-weeks in length during the summer academic period from May-September. For more info see here!

  • DREAM. The DREAM program is a 10-week summer program designed to increase the number of women and racially underrepresented groups in medical physics by offering research opportunities, outreach and strategic mentorship geared towards recruiting a more robust and diverse group of skilled undergraduate students in the field of medical physics. DREAM students will be placed into summer research and mentorship groups that are consistent with their research and career interests. For more info see here!
